Shipping Information
We ship our products across Europe. See the table below for the shipping prices per country. In case your country is not listed, please check whether your country is included on our FASCIQ resellers page.
Depending on when your order is placed, we ship out orders either the same day or the next working day.
Orders placed before 12:00 (local time) are often packed and dispatched the same day.
Please take into account that delivery can take up to one week, depending on where in Europe you are based.
Once your order has left our warehouse, we will provide you with a valid tracking number so you can follow your parcel.
Shipping Costs by Country
Most orders are shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands with PostNL.
Orders to Ireland are shipped with DHL. The shipping costs below apply to standard parcel shipments.
Free shipping is available on all orders over €125, except for the Netherlands and Germany, where free shipping is available from €50.
We ship all orders from the Netherlands with the carrier shown in the table below.
Once your parcel reaches your country, it may be handed over to a local delivery partner for the final delivery.
If you have any questions about the delivery status of your parcel, please contact the carrier first.
As the recipient, they can often help you more directly with delivery updates, delivery options or local delivery attempts.
